Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CPG and manufacturing industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in CPG or manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Natural hunter with the ability to cold call and build relationships with potential clients
- Experience in the packaging or industrial industry is a plus
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Understanding of packaging and industrial products
- Experience in marketing or working with marketing teams
