- Oversee and manage the sanitation of the facility, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain and manage the Master Sanitation Schedule for the facility.
- Oversee third-party contracts for sanitation chemicals, pest control, and other related services.
- 2 years experience in a sanitation management role, preferably in the food production industry.
- Familiarity with USDA regulations and food safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot sanitation issues and implement effective solutions.
