Requirements: 8 Years Experience as Construction Project Manager. We prefer to see a diverse background in a vartiety of projects. Experience in any of the following is helpful: Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily, Medical, Education, etc.
This is a full time/permanent position with a 150-person / well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers (Also open to Project Managers).

- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- 8 years in a Project Manager role at another General Contractor
- Experience on ground-up projects
- Experience in any of the following is helpful: Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily, Medical, Education, etc.
- Strong understanding of Construction documents
