We are currently in need of an experienced senior project manager. We offer stability and have consistent upcoming projects. We have a wide range of commercial/Industrial construction projects ranging frim $5M - $100 Million.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the project team throughout the construction process
• Create, monitor, and update project timelines, identifying deliverables and assigning tasks to team members
• Develop and execute contracts with project owners and subcontractors in accordance with project scope
• Take ownership of any project issues that arise and quickly resolve them in a professional manner, involving relevant parties as needed

What You Need For This Position

• 8 years experience as a Construction Project Manager at another general contractor
• Commercial and/or Industrial construction projects
• Ground-up projects
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated
