Senior DTC E-Commerce ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior DTC E-Commerce Manager to lead our company's Direct To Consumer E-Commerce initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Direct To Consumer E-Commerce strategy to increase revenue and market share
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Manage website content and user experience to ensure optimal conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize channel performance and drive growth
- Manage and measure performance of all online marketing channels including social media, meta, TikTok, Youtube, affiliate, and SEO
- Collaborate with influencer partners to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Develop and manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels
- Identify new opportunities for growth and work with the team to develop and execute plans
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Direct To Consumer E-Commerce
- Experience working with CPG brands
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through E-Commerce channels
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce technology and platforms
- Experience with A/B testing, retention, CX, and performance marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Nice to have skills: strategy, channel, branding, social media, TikTok, Youtube, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and performance marketing
