Position OverviewThe Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for providing effective project management guidance and leadership to a team of electrical project professionals. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of electrical projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Manage all electrical construction activities onsite, including electrical systems and components, NEC requirements, and MEP.
Lead and direct electrical contracting projects.
Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Manage project change orders.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Conduct project reviews and assessments.
Support client communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide regular project status updates to the management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in electrical project management in a commercial construction setting.
Knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, MEP principles, etc.
Proficient in project management software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
