If you are an experienced Engineering Manager / Water Production Manager seeking to make an Operational impact among a small group of talented engineering professionals who share a passion for the local environment, this opportunity is for you! What You Will Be Doing As The Senior Engineering Manager, You Will:
Oversee and lead on multi-million dollar initiatives related to our Water Production Operations, overseeing a team of 18 engineers and employees
Consult with your Water Plant Superintendents and City Engineering Staff to address maintenance issues and capital improvement projects on City infrastructure
Maintain municipal regulations and interface with Project Management group on all Drinking Water and related project initiatives
What You Need for this Position Requirements:
5 years of related Environmental Engineering Experience (Drinking Water, Sewage, Filtration, Desalination, Water Softening, Pump Stations, etc.)
2 years Supervisory / Operational Oversight
PE License (strongly preferred)
Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
