What You Will Be Doing
- Track the labor, material, subcontracts, and equipment related projects
- Assist in the creation of schedules, work, plans, site logistics to ensure completeness
- Provide estimates and cost models
- Track bidding documents to ensure the plan is being developed
- Act as the lead estimator on multiple projects at once
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5 years of estimating experience
- Understanding of bonds, insurance, burden
- Ability to review front end documents and basic understanding of contracts
