We specialize in diverse sectors that include Office, Retail, Industrial, and Institutional (private education, faith based, end user headquarters. campuses)
What You Will Be Doing

• Overall planning and management of estimating activities for specific construction projects, including preparation, interpretation, and presentation of estimates.
• Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-estimate meetings, analyze request for proposals to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
• Provide conceptual and final estimating input on complex projects
• Determine labor and construction equipment costs
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Ensure all working documents and data are maintained
• Track awarded contracts as required; may include estimating/pricing extra work items, change orders, credit, procuring materials on major work items

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience of 10 years within our industry.
• Field experience a plus. Ability to prepare complex proposals with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques, engineering disciplines and sub-trade required.
