Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Legal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support and administrative assistance, with a focus on personal injury cases. This role will primarily support the managing partner, and plays a crucial role in the success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the main managing partner.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
• Manage calendars and deadlines for the managing partner.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documents.
• Provide administrative support, including answering calls and emails, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
• Coordinate travel for the managing partner including booking flights, scheduling drivers, and working with other members of the executive team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an assistant or paralegal to a managing partner.
• Strong understanding of legal terms and procedures (personal injury background preferred).
• Experience managing multiple calendars and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
