Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecast updates.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget/forecast variances.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to junior financial analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial systems and tools
- Strong Microsoft application skills.
- Netsuite experience is a plus.
