We are a top remodeling and new home construction company with a focus on turnkey outside services. Every year, we successfully oversee thousands of projects across the Southeastern United States ranging from siding installation to custom millworks to residential roofing. We are currently looking to grow our Accounting and Finance Department and would love if you joined our team!
Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for the company. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and statements, and provide research and analysis to support the company's financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.
• Develop financial models to assess the performance and risk of operations.
• Support budget and forecasting activities, including analyzing actual results and providing variance analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis to support the company's strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze company performance metrics and external financial information.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and statements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support value creation and long-term profitability.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
• 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Extensive knowledge in financial reporting, analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
