CyberCoders is Hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Near Milwaukee, WI
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecast updates
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget/forecast variances
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial reporting
- Provide guidance and support to junior financial analysts
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial systems and tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
