SummaryThe Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Additionally, this position will work with the Senior Leadership team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with talent pipeline management & workflow planning
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Proven competency in employment law
- Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience with Compliance Monitoring, Talent Review and Diversity & Inclusion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
