- Position Overview: The Senior Project Accountant will be responsible for managing all accounting activities related to construction projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Track budgets and commitments for projects.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of invoices and enter into accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all construction projects.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage project cost and billing processes and procedures.
- Assist in preparing external audit documents for construction projects.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction management environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
