CyberCoders is Hiring a Senior Project Estimator Near Pittsburgh, PA
Position Overview: The Senior Project Estimator will be responsible for providing cost estimates for project requirements in the various disciplines of Enclosure, Civil, Foundations, Structural, Roofing, Estimating, Interior, and Field Installations. The Senior Project Estimator will develop accurate estimates that result in project profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop estimates for projects from start to finish including design, engineering, material take-off, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare estimates to be reviewed by the project team.
- Assess requirements and make recommendations for cost reduction and value engineering.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure estimates are well documented and accurate.
- Calculate cost of equipment, labor, materials, and services.
- Manage the bid documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Manage and track the timelines of projects to ensure timely completion of estimates.
- Monitor and adjust estimates as needed based on project changes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in estimating, preferably in the MEP field.
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of estimating.
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
