The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial and retail settings. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee all project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and lead a team of project managers and other staff members
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Prepare and present project reports to upper management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects within budget and on time
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with various project management software
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols
