Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, budgets, and scheduling
- Define and document project objectives and deliverables
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and other third-party resources
- Manage communications both internally and externally
- Implement and monitor safety protocols
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure project is delivered on-time, on-budget, and within scope
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience managing Civil/Utility Construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Heavy Highway, Civil Construction Management processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in project management software
