Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of municipal engineering projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and maintenance
- Lead the development of project plans, including designs, specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate activities of contractors, consultants, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage project risks and identify any potential issues early
- Oversee field inspections to ensure project specifications are met
- Provide technical support for engineers and other stakeholders
- Present project progress and results to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective partnering relationships with stakeholders
- At least 9 years of experience in civil engineering or civil construction
- Knowledge of municipal construction, CIP programs, and project management
- Ability to design, plan, and deliver projects with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional Engineering License (PE) is REQUIRED!!
