Job Title: Senior Superintendent
Job Location: Bay Area (SF and Mountain View Offices)
Salary: $180K-$200K bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 10 years of experience
We are a premier, award winning SF based GC with a proven track record in commercial construction (Labs, Offices, TI, and Interior Finishes). We have been around for over 25 years and have an incredible partnership with Stanford, amongst other institutions in SF and currently ranked in California's top GC's.
What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need For This Position

• 10 years of Superintendent experience
• Commercial experience
• Laboratories, Office, Retail, Technology
• Ground-up, TI, renovation experience
