Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and assist with management of project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts.
- Ensure projects are built in accordance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
- Maintain quality control and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial and healthcare projects.
- Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards.
- Proficient in document change and RFI management.
- Has experience in establishing building layout and control.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans
- PTO, noting including sick days and Holidays
- Multiple leave acceptance (Breviance, Legal/Jury, Parental, etc)
