Job Title: Senior Superintendent
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $120k-$140k depending on experience
Requirement: 5 years in construction, Commercial, Medical/Healthcare, Clean Room construction experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Searching for a Senior Superintendent with 5 years in construction, Commercial, Healthcare/Medical construction experience.

• Create and maintain a safe job site.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Create & maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.
• Organize and direct all self-perform work on site.
• Direct the completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

What You Need for this Position

• 5 years of Superintendent experience
• Strong Leadership qualities
