Responsibilities Include
- Provide high quality tax services to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals
- Prepare, manage and file tax returns
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Stay up to date on tax laws and advise clients
- Provides guidance and coaching to junior team members when needed
- 4-7 years of public tax experience, including previous experience working for a CPA firm or Wealth Management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA license
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS and tax codes
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage engagements
- Ability to adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentiality
