Job Base Salary: $140k - $170K OT Bonus
Office: Oakbrook Terrace, IL
Requirements: 7 years of experience in public accounting, CPA
We are a full-service accounting firm in business for 100 years. We provide tax, assurance/accounting, and advisory services for our clients in Chicago and across the US.
We are searching for a Tax Manager with 7 years of experience in public accounting. The ideal candidate will have an accounting and/or finance degree, CPA, experience with tax planning & compliance, business advisory, and a HUGE cherry on top if you have audit/assurance experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your skillset, work directly with clients, and put yourself on track to make partner at a long-standing successful firm.

What You Will Be Doing

• C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, HNWI & Families, Trust, Estate & Gift Tax returns
• Tax planning and compliance
• Business advisory services
• Managing/reviewing less-experienced staff
• Potential for Audit/Assurance work
• Managing client relationships
• No quota for bringing in new business, but significant opportunity in doing so

What You Need for this Position

• 7 years experience in public accounting
• CPA
• Individual and business return experience
• Tax planning & compliance
• Business advisory services are a plus
• Audit/Assurance experience is a HUGE plus
