Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to all operational functions of the company
- Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for health insurance lifecycle processes, including underwriting, reinsurance, and claims management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing operations professionals
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including brokers and carriers
- 10 years of experience in insurance management with a focus on healthcare insurance industry
- Proven expertise in project management, data analytics, and KPI analysis
- Experience in implementing health insurance systems to improve operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes, including underwriting, reinsurance, and claims management
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
