Job Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Additional Quarterly Bonus Performance Opportunity

- 3 years experience in Operational / Performance Management in Customer Service
- Supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, distribution, etc. strongly preferred
- Strong level acumen of visionary leadership
- Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
- College Degree preferred (or equivalent)

What You Will Be Doing
As The Service Supervisor, You Will:
- Oversee and manage small team operations and employees including performance management, leadership and directional execution
- Manage and grow our Service model and support Key Account Managers via ride-alongs, leading team meetings, supporting key client installs and service delivery expectations are met / exceeded
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training work hand-in-hand with Service Manager on Service Delivery initiatives
Requirements:
