Job Duties
- Supervise and help in daily shipping responsibilities and activities throughout the warehouse. You will have roughly 30 team members reporting to you, including team leads
- Responsible for all dock functions
- Lead and manage the packing team
- Create and implement processes to ensure we are streamlined and efficient throughout our shipping areas
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging key metrics and data
- Supervisory duties include managing a team--interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
- BS degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
- 3 years in a supervisory role
- Transportation or Manufacturing experience highly desired
