Position Overview: Site Superintendent - Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for creating lasting legacies? Join our team as a Construction Superintendent, where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our projects to life and fostering relationships that stand the test of time We're a community committed to building better communities. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of site development including earthwork, utilities, and civil construction.
Coordinate and supervise construction, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Estimate project costs, create labor and material budgets, and manage timeline.
Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide project status updates to management.
Maintain accurate and up to date records.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in construction, site development, and/or superintendent roles.
Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and civil construction.
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
