Position Overview: Site Superintendent - Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for creating lasting legacies? Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of site development including earthwork, utilities, and civil construction.
• Coordinate and supervise construction, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Estimate project costs, create labor and material budgets, and manage timeline.
• Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide project status updates to management.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction, site development, and/or superintendent roles.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and civil construction.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
