We are looking for a Sr Manufacturing Engineer with experience in aerospace manufacturing and wire harness fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a background in designing, developing, and manufacturing products, as well as experience in kitting, hardware and software. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of 5S, MBOM, electrical, NPI, DFM, DFA and Visual Management.
Position OverviewThe Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and developing products to meet customer needs while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives. The Engineer ensures that components, assemblies, and systems meet applicable standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop components, assemblies, and systems to meet customer needs
- Analyze customer requirements and specifications
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including drawings, bills of material, and manufacturing processes
- Create and implement manufacturing processes and methods
- Optimize manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives
- Troubleshoot process and product issues
- Conduct process and system audits
- Conduct research and development activities to improve product design and performance
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and wire harness fabrication
- Strong understanding of design, development, and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of kitting, hardware, and software
- Experience with 5S, MBOM, electrical, NPI, DFM, DFA, and Visual Management
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
