What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a new Sr Project Manager for our LAS VEGAS Branch that brings experience with the renovation, and new ground up of Multifamily and Commercial Projects. This individual will report to The CEO and Project Executive and must have experience managing a team of: Project Managers, APMs, Project Engineers, Project Admins, Internal Staff, ect... Project sizes ranging anywhere from $10 - $100M.
***We are not seeking a remote candidate. Only candidates willing to relocate to Las Vegas will be considered***
What You Need for this Position
At Least 10 Years Experience

• As a Project Manager - Project Executive - or Sr PM
• Software: Vista Viewpoint is Preferred
• Procore (5 - 10 Years)
• New Ground Up
• Renovation
• Multifamily Projects
• Garden Style Walk Up
• Commercial Projects
• Projects Ranging from $10 - $100M
• Experience Managing a Team of PM's, Assistants, and Internal Support Staff
