Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and support the finance team as a Staff Accountant. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to compliance will drive financial accuracy and informed decision-making. This is an on-site position with an annual salary range starting at $65,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring data integrity
- Assist with budget preparation, expense/revenue tracking
- Collaborate with vendors on payments and billing inquiries
- Conduct financial analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and policies
- Provide documentation and support for internal/external audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
