Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Architect, Owner and Project Manager to coordinate project details and logistics
- Organize and monitor subcontractor work schedule
- Supervise and oversee daily construction activities
- Manage project to stay on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Manage and resolve conflicts with subcontractors
- Provide quality control oversight for each TI phase
- Manage site inventory and materials
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction or Tenant Improvements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
