CyberCoders is Hiring a Superintendent - Corporate Office Construction Near Tampa, FL
Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for directing, supervising, and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring projects are completed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner, while providing a quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the construction process.
Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are on-site and operational when needed.
Perform daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and building code.
Oversee project timelines to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
Resolve conflicts between contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Communicate regularly with superiors, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of the project.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in commercial construction, corporate interiors, and/or interior renovations.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
