Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for directing, supervising, and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring projects are completed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner, while providing a quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the construction process.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are on-site and operational when needed.
• Perform daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and building code.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
• Resolve conflicts between contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Communicate regularly with superiors, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction, corporate interiors, and/or interior renovations.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
