Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the hotel renovation construction. They will ensure that all work is completed on budget and on schedule, while maintaining a safe environment and adhering to all company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, organizing and tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress
- Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed
- Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and on budget
- Creating and managing punch lists, change orders, and other project paperwork
- Ensuring that all project requirements are met and that the quality of work is in line with company standards
- Maintaining open communication with project stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and/or hotel renovation
