CyberCoders is Hiring a Superintendent - Management, Construction Near San Antonio, TX
Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee the entire construction process, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors and employees, and managing the day-to-day operations of the project. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and other workers needed to complete projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Inspect projects to ensure they are completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
Track and report progress, costs, and changes to the project.
Communicate with clients throughout the project.
Qualifications
Experience as a Superintendent on residential, commercial, multi-family, or other construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, processes, and blueprints.
Excellent management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors.
