Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for providing construction management and oversight for projects. This position requires an individual that is detail-oriented and has a working knowledge of Mechanical, Superintendent, Mechanic and Construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Inspect job sites to ensure that work is in accordance with specifications and regulations.
- Train and manage personnel.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Mechanical, Superintendent, Mechanic and Construction experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
