We are a leading developer/GC specializing in multifamily construction throughout the Southwest US. The Superintendent must be well organized and capable of managing complex construction projects across all phases. If you are an experienced leader in the field, we want to speak with you!
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will oversee completion of assigned projects by leading site safety, quality control, and project schedule. Occasional travel is required.
What You Need for this Position
4 years of experience with
- Ground-up construction projects in multifamily
- Leading a team and subs
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
