We are looking for an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our Commercial Construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of commercial building and renovation projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to job completion.
Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction projects from initial planning to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing materials, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring safety standards are met. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring quality control, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop construction schedules, and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and purchase materials.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality work is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety standards are met.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field experience.
• 5 years of construction experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
