Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise field personnel and subcontractors.
- Develop project work plans, schedules, and man-hour estimates.
- Plan and coordinate the layout, assembly, and installation of systems.
- Manage and direct crew and subcontractors on the project site.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to during construction.
- Provide technical support and direction.
- Supervise the daily operation of the site.
- Complete daily reports and other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Experience with modular construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
