Key Responsibilities
- Oversee safety compliance on the job site and ensure that OSHA regulations are followed.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client and other stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance and control of the construction project.
- Supervise and lead on-site personnel.
- Manage the use of Procore and other software systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing restaurant, commercial, grocery, TI, retail, life sciences, safety, education, medical, K-12, hospital, college, university, fast food, crew management, contractor, subcontractor, fast food, office, and other commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, vendor and subcontractor management, and quality assurance/control.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Procore and other construction software systems.
