What You Will Do
- Manage the day-to-day construction operations at the site, including oversight of subcontractors
- Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the construction process
- Coordinate construction activities with project managers, architects, owners, and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality control standards are being met
- Prepare work progress reports and maintain accurate records of all construction activities
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- 5 years of commercial experience
- Salary $90k - $110k
- 401k match
