Job Title: Tax Controversy Attorney (Federal and Domestic)
Job Location: Remote
All-in Compensation Including Heavy Incentives and Bonuses: $125,000 - $500,000
Requirements: Portable business, JD or LLM, Tax Controversy, International or Global Tax Laws, Compliance
Position Overview: We are looking for a Tax Controversy Attorney who is well-versed in Tax Law. Must have portable business.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice on tax returns and disclosures, and also provide guidance in a variety of areas including resolving compliance issues and voluntary disclosures to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of tax issues
• Resolve compliance issues including voluntary disclosures
• Manage tax returns, disclosures, and other documents
• Represent clients in disputes and tax controversies
• Provide comprehensive written analysis, advice, and recommendations to clients

Qualifications

• JD or LLM
• Experience with international tax law and compliance issues
• Understanding of high net worth individuals (HNWI) and passive investments
• Excellent writing and communication skills
