Job Title: Tax Controversy Attorney (Federal and Domestic) Job Location: Remote All-in Compensation Including Heavy Incentives and Bonuses: $125,000 - $500,000 Requirements: Portable business, JD or LLM, Tax Controversy, International or Global Tax Laws, Compliance Position Overview: We are looking for a Tax Controversy Attorney who is well-versed in Tax Law. Must have portable business. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on tax returns and disclosures, and also provide guidance in a variety of areas including resolving compliance issues and voluntary disclosures to a wide range of clients. Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of tax issues
Resolve compliance issues including voluntary disclosures
Manage tax returns, disclosures, and other documents
Represent clients in disputes and tax controversies
Provide comprehensive written analysis, advice, and recommendations to clients
Qualifications
JD or LLM
Experience with international tax law and compliance issues
Understanding of high net worth individuals (HNWI) and passive investments
Excellent writing and communication skills
