Located in Baltimore, MD, we have been in business for 40 years and we are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team of skilled accountants! Our firm has been honored with countless regional and national awards such as a top work place for five consecutive years. Our ideal candidate is someone with 5 years of experience and has knowledge of federal, state, individual, partnership and corporation (both C & S) tax returns. We are one of the largest certified public accounting and business consulting firms in the state and our professionalism offers a full variety of client services. Currently, we are seeking to add an experienced Tax Manager to our team - ideally hybrid and or remote.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing federal, state, individual, partnership and corporation (both C & S) tax returns. Furthermore, you will work closely on corporate taxes and high net worth individuals assisting clients with organizing their business. You will participate in training of less experienced staff and involvement in firm wide tax training seminars. You will supervise staff and manage responsibilities in accordance with the firm's policies.
What You Need for this Position
Required

• At least 5 years of Public Accounting experience
• BA Degree in Accounting
• Prior experience working on federal, state, individual, partnership and corporation (both C & S) tax returns
• Active CPA
