Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Provide tax planning and consulting to clients
- Manage engagements, including staffing, scheduling, billing, and collection of fees
- Research and develop tax strategies for clients
- Identify and monetize tax credits and deductions
- Consult with clients and government agencies on tax matters
- Keep abreast of complex changes in the tax code
- CPA certification
- Experience Preparing and Reviewing 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 returns
- Experience working with high net worth individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
