We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to oversee all aspects of tax compliance, audit and research. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal, state and Prosystems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Tax Senior Manager will report to the Director of Tax and work closely with the accounting team. Position Overview: The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring tax compliance, conducting audits, and researching tax-related issues. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual tax reports and developing tax strategies. Key Responsibilities
Review and/or prepare all federal and state tax returns
Administer and manage all aspects of tax compliance
Perform and review detailed tax research, audit, and planning work
Review and/or prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
Develop and implement effective tax strategies
Provide guidance and training to team members
Assist with responding to notices from federal and state tax authorities
Manage and resolve tax disputes/issues
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
3-7 years of experience in tax compliance, research and audit
Knowledge and experience with federal, state, and Prosystems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
