Position Overview
- Leads and participates in the design, permitting, construction administration, and project closeout of municipal civil engineering projects.
- Assists with client development, proposal development, cost estimating, and contract negotiations.
- Leads, mentors, and assigns tasks to project teams.
- Reviews, designs, and coordinates projects with project teams and other disciplines.
- Prepares and reviews engineering plans and technical reports.
- Performs site investigations and field reviews.
- Interacts and coordinates with clients and regulators.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (WI) license.
- Significant experience in Municipal Civil Engineering.
- Advanced understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in Project Management, Hydrology, Hydraulic, Client Interaction, Business Development, Proposal Development, and Contract Negotiation is a plus.
