Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE
Shifts available on a 4 day/10 hour basis: Thursday-Sunday & Friday-Monday
Position OverviewA Testline Technician is responsible for testing and troubleshooting products in a manufacturing environment. This role requires knowledge of Six Sigma principles, experience with semiconductors, and proficiency in PLC programming, HMI, Ladder Logic, Allen Bradley, and reading blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of products using various equipment and tools.
- Analyze test data and provide reports to identify any production issues.
- Implement Six Sigma methodologies to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Program and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and Ladder Logic systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products are manufactured correctly.
- Collaborate with production team to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics or related field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, Ladder Logic, and Allen Bradley systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
