CyberCoders is Hiring a Transactional Attorney - Corporate Transactions Near Burlingame, CA
We are looking for an experienced Transactional Attorney that has experience with Corporate Transactions to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and support to our clients on a variety of corporate matters, including transactional and litigation work. This position requires the candidate to have a deep understanding of corporate law and the ability to provide strategic insight to all facets of the business. Our ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience at Big Law, specifically in corporate transactions. This job is remote. This job requires you to be CA Barred.Position Overview
Provide legal counsel and support to clients on a variety of corporate transactions and matters
Advise clients on negotiation and execution of contracts, corporate structure, and corporate governance matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of documents such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and mergers and acquisitions
Monitor and track all legal filings, compliance matters, and regulatory issues
Provide timely legal advice, opinions, and analysis to clients
Stay up-to-date on changes to corporate law and other relevant legislation and interpret and apply them to the clients needs
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
At least 3-4 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on corporate transactions
Experience in Big Law firms
Familiarity with litigation, corporate law, and related regulations
Excellent legal research and analysis skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
