Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality meets company standards
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Direct and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Travel to various project sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to travel frequently and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
