CyberCoders is Hiring a Traveling Hotel/Multi Family Superintendent Near Jacksonville, FL
Position Overview: The Traveling Hotel/Multi Family Superintendent will be responsible for the oversight of a number of multifamily and/or hotel projects. This role requires extensive travel to project sites across the United States. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the construction of multi-family projects on-site
Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Develop and implement construction schedules
Resolve conflicts among contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel
Ensure safety protocols are being followed on the job site
Identify and troubleshoot problems with construction projects
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family and/or hotel construction
Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel extensively
Knowledge of construction safety protocols
Familiarity with industry standard software is a plus
